Duties and Responsibilities / Work Requirements:
Responsible for customer service, scheduling patient appointments and reception
Manage drug storage
Requirements / Position requirements:
Welcome fresh graduates
Applicants with 1 to 2 years or more of experience in Chinese and Western medical clinics, customer service, sales, etc. are preferred
Good communication skills, understanding Mandarin and English is even better
Able to operate Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
Chinese and English typing (Chinese must be at least 15 characters per minute)
Characteristic / Personal traits:
Enthusiastic about Chinese medicine/health-related work
Have a team spirit
Strong sense of responsibility

Active and proactive learning
Good communication skills
