Requirements:
- F.5 or above;
-Min 1 year relevant working experience;

-Good interpersonal and communication skill;
-Proficient in PC application (MS word and excel) and Chinese word processing;

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate communication and cooperation between local customers and sales teams
- Execute daily administrative work, including data input, file organization and archiving
- Support the sales department to complete various administrative affairs, ensure the smooth operation of business processes
- Follow up on order progress, arrange delivery and prepare related documents
Work requirements:
- Second 5 or above, those with relevant academic qualifications are preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, those with trade or sales administrative experience are preferred
- Responsibility, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to withstand work pressure
- Proficient in operating computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Chinese input
- Applicants who can start work immediately will be given priority
