Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's e-commerce platform (including its own website and third-party platforms such as HKTVmall, Amazon, Shopee, etc.), covering product listing, page optimization, promotion planning and execution;
  • Coordinate online sales data analysis work, regularly produce sales reports, traffic conversion rate, customer behavior, etc. key performance indicators report, and propose operational improvement suggestions based on this;
  • Coordinate warehouse, logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, improve delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction;
  • Write compelling product descriptions, marketing copy, and social media promotion content, and synchronize multi-channel content with the market promotion rhythm;
  • Closely monitor industry dynamics and competitor strategies, participate in new platform expansion evaluation, tool system testing (such as ERP, CRM, advertising placement back-end) and internal process digitalization optimization project.

Work requirements

  • Have a college degree or above, marketing, business management, information technology or related fields are preferred;
  • Having 1 to 3 years of e-commerce platform practical operation experience, familiar with at least two mainstream platforms back-end operations (such as Shopify, Magento, HKTVmall Seller Centre, Shopee Seller Centre, etc.);
  • Have basic data analysis skills, be able to manipulate Excel data with ease, and have experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager or similar tools;
  • Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese, be able to independently write clear and concise marketing copy and internal collaboration documents; have basic reading and writing skills in English, be able to handle international platform operations and simple customer inquiries;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
