Engineer/ Project Engineer - Plumbing and Drainage

Job Duties:

• Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervision of work progress and coordination of various activities at construction projects

• Monitor and manage the progress of works and provide regular progress reports

• Preparation of technical submissions such as shop drawing preparation, material submission and all related project documents

• Responsible for coordination with main contractors and liaising with clients, architects, utilities and consultants on all E&M matters for our building construction projects

• Oversee and ensure that the design and maintenance of building systems and related works meet the project, legislative and safety requirements

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering

• 3 years experience in E&M Installation

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Engineer

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Good commands of English and Chinese languages

• Holder of valid green card
