Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily cleaning work in a designated area, including floor mopping, garbage collection and sorting, toilet and bathroom cleaning and disinfection, glass and window wiping, etc.;
Timely complete the cleaning and maintenance of building public spaces (such as lobbies, corridors, elevator cabins, stairwells) to ensure they are clean, orderly, odorless, and dust-free;
Operate and properly store cleaning equipment and tools (such as vacuum cleaners, polishers, high-pressure water guns, etc.), regularly check their operating conditions and report abnormalities to your supervisor;
Comply with seasonal or special cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning, pest control, environmental cleaning before and after typhoons, and sudden stain treatment;
Follow on-site safety management guidelines, use cleaning agents and chemicals correctly, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and be aware of potential workplace hazards (such as slippery floors, high-altitude work areas, etc.).

Work requirements

Holders of valid Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government-issued work visas for foreign domestic helpers or supplementary labor (such as the "Input Labor Plan") must meet the Immigration Department's qualifications for the position category;
Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand simple oral instructions and written signs (such as cleaning instructions, safety notices), and those who understand Mandarin or English are preferred;
Good health and physical fitness, able to withstand physical labor, including long periods of standing, bending, and moving cleaning materials (generally not exceeding 20 kg) and adapting to different climatic conditions for outdoor/indoor work;
No need for relevant formal qualifications, but those with cleaning work experience in places such as property management, office buildings, hotels or hospitals will be given priority.
