Project Coordinator (5 days work / Full Benefits / 14 months salary)

Our client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Coordinator to join their team and lead shutter installation projects from start to finish. Job duties and requirements are as below :

Job Duties :

• Plan and manage roller shutter installation projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to keep work on track
• Supervise site activities and ensure safety rules are followed
• Improve workflows to boost efficiency and solve problems quickly
• Motivate and support team members and subcontractors
• Check work regularly to meet client expectations and suggest improvements
• Keep clients updated on project progress and changes
• Handle other tasks as needed to support the project

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Engineering or related field
• Experience with steel products is a plus
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction
• Strong leadership and able to manage subcontractors
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to improve
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of CAD is an advantage
