Job Responsibilities

• Actively greet customers, understand their needs, and provide professional massage chair product consultation and experience guidance.
• Detailed introduction of the product characteristics and functional advantages of the massage chair, and assistance in selecting the most suitable model for customers.
• Provide real-time feedback on customer opinions and market dynamics, helping the team optimize sales strategies and service processes.

Work requirements

• Applicants with secondary five education or above, those with sales or customer service experience will be given priority.
• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English communication skills being ideal.
