Job Description

To cope with our company’s business development, we are seeking high caliber candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Involve in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (e.g. IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and fund raising exercises);

· Participate in the due diligence and execution processes;

· Work closely with professional parties and liaison with relevant regulatory authorities;

· Prepare marketing materials and pitchbook presentation;

· Travel to PRC and oversea occasionally;

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Degree holder or above;

· Professional qualification and/ or university degree in Business or Finance is preferred;

· That 1-3 years of relevant working experiences is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcomed.

· Analytical, self-motivated, detailed-minded and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

· Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua is a must;

· Immediately available is highly appreciated.

Fresh graduate will also be considered. Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Vice President.
