Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for product packaging operations, including boxing, labeling, sealing, and stacking, to ensure that packaging quality meets the company's standards and customer requirements
- Assist in packaging material issuance, inventory, and basic consumables control, and keep the work area clean and orderly
- Coordinate with production line rhythm, and work together with front and back process personnel to ensure smooth production flow
- When discovering abnormalities (such as product defects, packaging material shortages, equipment strange sounds, etc.), report them immediately to the shift leader or relevant supervisor
Work requirements
- Educational requirements: Secondary School Graduates Welcome Fresh Graduates and Career Transitions
- No need for relevant work experience, the company provides complete pre-employment training and on-the-job guidance
- Have a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail, be able to repeat standardized operations and ensure product quality is stable
- Healthy body, with basic physical and mental endurance, can adapt to standing work, light lifting, and regular work schedule
- Obey management, have good team spirit, and be able to actively cooperate with group arrangements and cross-positions support
- Willing to learn the basics of automated packaging equipment operation is even better, with a willingness to continuously improve skills
