Job Description
Duties:
1. Provide professional consultation services on academic and immigration identity planning for customers, and tailor personalized solutions based on their background and needs.

2. Responsible for collecting, sorting and reviewing application documents, ensuring that the materials meet the official requirements and are submitted on time.

3. Follow up the customer application progress throughout the process, proactively update the application status, and coordinate and resolve unexpected issues in the process.

4. Serve as the main liaison window for customers, respond promptly to various inquiries, provide policy interpretation and process guidance.

5. Continuously monitor global education system dynamics and immigration policy changes, regularly participate in professional training to enhance business skills.

6. Actively explore potential customers, provide professional study and immigration planning advice, and develop personalized solutions.

Requirements:
1. Language skills:
- Must have fluent Mandarin communication skills

2. Core qualities:
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to build customer trust relationships

- Have a high sense of responsibility and proactive problem-solving awareness

3. Work style:
- Can efficiently manage multiple task processes, adapting to a fast-paced work environment
- Combine independent work and team collaboration
- Continuous learning passion for insurance education and immigration

Prioritization:
- Familiar with Hong Kong and Macao education/migration policies
- Those with experience in overseas study consultation or immigration document processing
- Holders of the High Talent Pass/Outstanding Talent/IANG visa
- New arrivals and investment immigrants

Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional consultation services for academic advancement and immigration planning, developing personalized solutions based on clients' backgrounds and needs.

2. Collect, organize, and review application documents to ensure all materials meet official requirements and are submitted on time.

3. Oversee the entire application process, proactively updating application statuses and coordinating solutions for unexpected issues.

4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly responding to inquiries and providing policy interpretation and procedural guidance.

5. Continuously monitor global education trends and immigration policy changes, while regularly participating in professional training to enhance expertise.

6. Actively identify potential clients and provide professional consultation on academic and immigration planning, creating customized solutions.

Requirements:
1. Language Skills:
- Fluent Mandarin communication skills (essential)

2. Core Competencies:
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with ability to build client trust
- Strong attention to detail and rigorous document processing ability
- High sense of responsibility and proactive problem-solving mindset

3. Work Style:

- Capable of working independently while maintaining strong teamwork skills
- Sustained enthusiasm for learning in insurance, education and immigration fields

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with education/immigration policies in Hong Kong and Macau
- Experience in study abroad consulting or immigration document processing
- Holders of Top Talent Pass (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS) or IANG visas
- New arrivals in Hong Kong or investment immigration applicants
