<br>Responsibilities<br><br>Responsible for daily in-store beauty treatments<br>Provide professional skincare treatment services and beauty knowledge to customers<br>Introduce and sell suitable products and treatments to customers<br>Follow up on customer needs and provide thoughtful post-purchase support<br>Provide customers with product introduction and skin care knowledge<br>Handle general store affairs<br>Understand customer needs, provide professional beauty advice and information, and build good relationships with customers<br><br>Job Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for daily beauty treatments at the branch, providing professional care services to customers.</li> <li>Provide beauty knowledge consultation to customers, recommend suitable products and treatments based on their needs.</li> <li>Maintain customer relationships, follow up on customer feedback and provide after-sales service.</li> <li>Introduce product efficacy and skincare techniques, and help customers establish correct maintenance concepts.</li> <li>Assist with handling store administrative affairs, keep the work environment clean and orderly.</li> </ul> <br> Requirements: <ul> <li>Applicants with relevant beauty and skincare experience and holding professional beauty qualifications are preferred.</li> <li>Have good communication skills, be able to build trust and good interaction with customers.</li> <li>Have basic sales skills, able to effectively promote products and treatments.</li> <li>Responsibility and team spirit, able to handle daily affairs independently.</li> <li>Can adapt to the work schedule from Monday to Friday 12 noon to 9 pm.</li> </ul> <br> Benefits: <ul> <li>Competitive salary structure, including commission and sales bonuses.</li> <li>Exceptional performance may be rewarded with discretionary bonuses.</li> <li>Monthly enjoy 6 days off, plus 12 days of paid annual leave and birthday leave.</li> <li>Working 8 hours a day, plus 1 hour for meals.</li> <li>Provide paid on-the-job training to support employees’ professional growth.</li> </ul>
