A. Job Responsibilities
3. Academic guidance and communication: At the end of the term, organize one-on-one or group consultations with students, patiently listen to their academic confusion, accurately sort and locate learning problems, help students analyze the causes, provide preliminary guidance and advice, and help students improve their academic performance.
4. Emergency event handling: Responsible for immediate response, proper handling and follow-up of students’ sudden situations and various emergencies, establishing a rapid response mechanism, protecting students’ rights, and reducing the impact of sudden events on students.
II. Job Requirements
1. Educational qualifications and professional background: Bachelor's degree or above, education, social work, etc. related professional qualifications are preferred; those with experience in reading for a second degree are given priority, those familiar with the second degree training system and Hong Kong's study life scene are given extra points.
3. Language and skill requirements: Have excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, be able to handle daily work fluently using Office office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.); fluent and standard Mandarin is preferred, and be able to smoothly connect with mainland students and cross-departmental communication.
4. Core competence: Have excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, patient, caring and attentive to students, and confident in our work.
