Server-side development engineer

<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ol><li>Support large model-based dialogue/writing systems, the architecture and service deployment of general intelligent agent products, including but not limited to Prompt Engineering, Multi-Agent, RAG, etc.;</li><li>Participate in the exploration and selection of AI new technologies and new directions, as well as rapid validation.</li><li>Support the development of the next generation of AI Native intelligent products, participate in product requirement analysis, technical architecture design, coding implementation, etc.;</li></ol><p><strong>Position requirements</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor's degree or above, computer science major, quick thinking, strong communication skills, and self-motivation;</li><li>Solid programming skills, good abstraction ability, familiar with common design patterns, and mastery of Golang, Java, Python, etc., at least one;</li><li>Full of curiosity about technology, eager to learn, willing to share, with good service awareness, sense of responsibility, team communication and collaboration skills, and problem-solving abilities; able to deeply understand business scenarios and abstract needs, design efficient technical solutions and promote their implementation;</li><li>Applicants with experience in developing dialogue/writing systems based on large language models, AI, search recommendation systems, BI or big data systems are preferred.</li></ol>
