Job Description<br><br>Duties:<br><br>1. Self-media operation<br>a. Responsible for the operation of all self-media in Hong Kong, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, etc. platforms.<br><br>c. Responsible for the monthly online promotional activities of the brand, and continuously optimizing the content, process, etc., of the activities to attract natural traffic to experience the company's products.<br><br>2. Collaborate with market expansion colleagues to help course agents or partners quickly close deals.<br>a. Responsible for producing promotional materials, tools and content for course agents to use, in collaboration with market BD partners, to help course agents quickly generate orders.<br>b. Continuously optimize the methods and processes of cooperation and acquisition with agents and partners, striving to maximize the utilization of their resources.<br><br>3. Explore live streaming projects.<br>a. Responsible for exploring various platform live broadcast methods, trying and selecting suitable product live broadcast platforms, and quickly promoting course products. <br>b. Responsible for exploring various platform live broadcast and other activities, such as goods, which can be assisted by the teaching resources of the Philippines and try new models.<br><br>4. Downline resource integration and negotiation<br>a. Responsible for the planning, execution, evaluation and summary of offline activities, as well as future optimization.<br>b. Responsible for joint promotion with offline merchants who have the same target customers, and try to attract as many students as possible.<br>c. Responsible for the planning and execution of offline exhibitions and activities. <br><br>5. Data analysis and optimization<br>a. Monitor self-media operation data, regularly output data analysis reports, optimize operation strategies or advertising placement strategies (if any).<br>b. In-depth understanding and utilization of the current Hong Kong market student resources, do various analyses, such as student regional distribution, preferences for various activities, etc.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Experience background<br>a. More than five years of self-media operation experience, familiar with the Hong Kong market, including online and offline markets.<br>b. Expert collaboration or relevant work experience, those with education industry, especially online education experience are preferred.<br>c. Familiar with the mechanisms and operations of Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, etc. platforms.<br><br><br>2. Core competencies<br>a. Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin.<br>b. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to independently complete cooperation negotiations, strong data analysis ability, able to drive decision-making through data.<br>c.
