Facilities Assistant

Working range

Under the supervision of the Administrative and General Affairs Manager and Officer, responsible for providing all service units within the organization with all related maintenance and maintenance functions and other logistics support.

Main responsibilities

Ÿ Responsible for the maintenance, monitoring and maintenance of daily office / center facilities to ensure a safe working environment

Ÿ Assist in supervising external contractors - carry out regular maintenance and follow up procedures on various facilities

Ÿ Assist in purchasing repair materials and tools (if necessary)

Ÿ Need to report on time the progress of maintenance and handle emergency maintenance events

Ÿ Responsible for simple administrative work, such as processing maintenance receipts or recording follow-up data,

Ÿ Execute the tasks assigned by the supervisor

Position requirements

Ÿ Secondary three or above

Ÿ Must hold a valid electrician A license

Ÿ Understand basic English and computer operations knowledge

Ÿ Polite, proactive, team-oriented, and with good communication skills

Ÿ Have two or more years of relevant work experience
