Reception for Restaurant Front desk

Role and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and provide them with a warm welcome
• Manage the flow of guests in the restaurant by coordinating seating arrangements and managing the reservation system
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Assist with various floor duties and administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience for guests
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Receptionist position

Experience and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a receptionist, preferably in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Fluency in English and Cantonese would be highly preferred
