Target Operations Manager

<p>Job Title: Target Operations Manager<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Lead the development and execution of Syncwire brand's comprehensive operating strategy on Target.com platform to ensure brand market performance meets the target.<br>2. Responsible for supply chain management in Vendor mode, including order processing, return process optimization, and accurate invoice reconciliation.<br>3. Set and track sales KPIs and profit targets, regularly analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to achieve sustained growth.<br>4. Coordinate internal cross-departmental collaboration to ensure product development, supply chain management, and marketing promotion maintain consistency and efficiency.<br>5. Monitor competitor dynamics, adjust operating strategies flexibly based on platform policy changes and traffic mechanisms, and enhance market competitiveness.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. At least have a university degree, be fluent in English communication skills, and be able to handle international business transactions smoothly.<br>2. Have more than 3 years of relevant operations experience in North American retail platforms (especially Target), familiar with their business model and operating procedures.<br>3. Have a deep understanding of Target's internal supply chain system and vendor cooperation mechanism, and be able to effectively push related business processes.<br>4. Proficient in using ERP, Excel, and BI tools for data analysis, with strong data sensitivity and problem-solving abilities.<br>5. Have good team spirit and cross-departmental communication skills, and be able to efficiently complete work goals in a multitasking environment.</p>
