Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on orders from sample to production, ensuring that each stage of work progresses smoothly.

• Maintain good communication with designers, purchasing and production departments, and coordinate various resources.

• Monitor production progress, promptly feedback abnormal situations and propose solutions.

• Responsible for product quality control to ensure that the finished product meets customer requirements and industry standards.

• Organize and archive related order information, maintain complete project records.

Work requirements

• College degree or above, textile, clothing or related professional background is preferred.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in follow-up or merchandising.

• Familiar with order process management, understand production processes and quality control standards.

• Good communication and coordination skills, able to handle problems in multi-party collaboration.

• Careful and responsible, with strong time management and stress resistance abilities.
