Video conference operations engineer

<p>Duties:</p><p>Provide technical support for meeting room audio and video systems, including but not limited to:</p><p>1. Install and configure related software and hardware for the meeting room system</p><p>2. Daily inspection and maintenance of meeting room equipment</p><p>3. Conference room system failure analysis and resolution</p><p>4. Provide technical support for important meetings on site</p><p>5. Collaborate with the new meeting room's occupancy check and acceptance</p><p>6. Other related issues in the meeting room</p><p>7. Manage the polycom video conferencing system</p><p>8. Simple handling of led large screen operation and maintenance</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1, College degree or above, fluent in English or Cantonese</p><p>2. Excellent communicator, good listening and analysis skills;</p><p></p><p>4. Strong customer service awareness, rapid identification of customer needs;</p><p>5. Strong sense of responsibility, patience, attention to detail, and good team spirit.</p><p>Accept computer science graduates</p>
