Elevator maintenance supervisor

This contract involves a large number of critical elevators and automatic escalators, which require us to immediately expand our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the night shift maintenance team, supervise the daily maintenance, fault diagnosis and emergency repairs of elevators and automatic stairs

• Ensure all work complies with the Hong Kong Lifts and Escalators Ordinance (Chapter 618) and EMSD requirements

• Conduct on-site risk assessment and safety management

• Coordinate team scheduling, training, and performance management

• Close communication with customers and internal technical teams to ensure service quality

Requirements:

• Register Elevator/Automatic Staircase Engineer's License（EMSD Registered Lift/Escalator Engineer）

• At least6 yearsElevator/Automatic escalator maintenance-related experience, those with supervision or leading a team experience are preferred

• Familiar with statutory annual inspections, fault diagnosis and repair procedures

• Acceptable night shift work schedule (rotating shift)

• Good Chinese and English communication skills, Mandarin speakers are preferred

• Active, leadership, and responsibility
