Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for restaurant floor customer reception and seating, providing professional and friendly dining and serving services to ensure a smooth dining process.
Follow the standard operating procedures to perform bar area work, including beverage preparation, cupware preparation, materials replenishment, and equipment cleaning and maintenance.
Perform cleaning and organization of the floor, tables and chairs, ground and public areas before and after business hours and during business breaks, maintaining a clean and hygienic overall environment.
Properly store and replenish service supplies (such as cutlery, paper towels, condiments, etc.), and complete daily shift handover records and inventory counts according to the standard.

Work requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, with no relevant work experience required. Fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply; the company provides a complete onboarding training.
Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to face different types of customers with politeness, patience and a positive attitude.
Healthy body, able to adapt to standing work and shift arrangements (including weekends and public holidays)
Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to understand simple work instructions and service language; understanding Cantonese is better, those with basic conversational skills in Mandarin or English are preferred.
