Part-time job on the floor

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer reception, ordering and billing, ensuring accurate and error-free orders

• Follow standard procedures for serving food, changing tableware, and clearing the table, maintaining table cleanliness and service pace

• Proactively observe customer needs and provide friendly, attentive, and responsive front-line service

• Regularly clean the work area (including desks, chairs, floors, service counters, etc.), and implement basic sanitation standards

Work requirements

• Have a sincere and enthusiastic service awareness and high sense of responsibility, and be able to handle daily service situations with customers at the center

• Fluent in Cantonese communication; Mandarin proficiency will be given priority, basic English ability is also a plus

• Able to cooperate with shift arrangements (including day shifts, night shifts and holiday shifts), adapt to high traffic periods and continuous standing work

Benefits

• Hourly rate of HKD$60–$70, calculated based on actual working hours, with competitive market benefits
