Job Responsibilities

• According to the patient's pain condition and body response, provide professional and personalized pain therapy services

• Proficiently operate various types of therapeutic equipment provided by the company, such as infrared thermal therapy devices, ultrasonic treatment instruments, electrotherapy instruments, etc., strictly abide by operating procedures and safety rules to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the treatment

• Receive customer reservations through the company's unified dispatching system, without the need to develop customers or actively contact customers, and focus on delivering high-quality services

• Support daily operations of the store, including customer reception, initial consultation and evaluation, physical condition recording, post-treatment follow-up and feedback sorting, and enhance overall service experience and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with the team, participate in service process optimization, customer feedback analysis and knowledge sharing, and help improve retail store service quality and operating efficiency

Work requirements

• Familiar with the basic principles, parameter setting methods and safety operating procedures of common physiotherapy instruments, and with basic instrument application skills

• Fluent in Cantonese, with good communication skills and empathy, able to clearly explain treatment principles, actively care about customers’ physical and mental state, and build trust relationships

• Positive and optimistic personality, attention to detail and responsibility, emphasizing service details and professional ethics, and having stable emotional management and stress adjustment abilities

• Holding a valid Hong Kong identity card or one of the following visa qualifications: Hong Kong permanent resident, High-end Talent Pass (High Talent Pass), Outstanding Talent Entry Program (Outstanding Talent Pass), Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG), Dependents' Entry Visa or other legal work permit
