Junior Maintenance Technician

Main responsibilities:

- Regular inspection, maintenance and repair of various equipment, including hotel fire, property, electric water pump, hot water boiler and air conditioning facilities

- Assist in supervising external contractors and ensure they comply with company requirements and safety standards

- Process emergency maintenance services

- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor (with the opportunity for field work)

Requirements:

- Secondary three education or above

- General Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese

- Holding a safety card/building worker registration certificate is preferred

- Experience is not limited, welcome to study related fields

Working hours:

09:00-18:00 (If there are any follow-up engineering projects, there may be a need for overtime)
