Job Description

Liaise with suppliers for price, delivery and product quality
Prepare and follow-up purchase orders and delivery schedule
Ensure accurate purchase orders and items creation within time frame
Manage change-requests to ensure orders and shipments are being handled on time
Follow up orders and productions by monitoring the status of artwork, testing and inspection
Prepare and update the weekly shipment tracker on orders status
Ensure on time delivery of shipments
Work independently with different teams in PO creation/Inventory/Sourcing/Packaging/QA/Logistic and vendors
Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
