A results-driven and technically savvy professional is sought to bridge Hydrogen Solution Company with external stakeholders, drive government scheme engagement, and amplify the company’s influence in the hydrogen technology ecosystem.

This role is pivotal for an individual who excels in cross-sector communication, thrives in translating technical concepts to diverse audiences, and proactively advances strategic partnerships—all while aligning with the company’s vision of leading in emerging hydrogen technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, including government officials, academic institutions and mainland China-based collaborators.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on behalf of the senior executive, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Represent the company at public events, including industry conferences and government forums
• Prepare and organize materials for key meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Conduct research and analysis on a variety of topics, including areas of strategic interest such as hydrogen power, and clean energy applications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Independently manage and execute special projects as assigned.
• Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges to ensure the seamless operation of the executive's office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced support role
• A keen interest in and understanding of emerging hydrogen technologies.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and thrive under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English to effectively communicate with various stakeholders in this multi-cultural field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• A proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to navigate complex situations with sound judgment.
