Responsibilities:
1. Develop and optimize the liquid cold plate production process chain, from raw material preparation and machining to assembly and testing, ensuring production efficiency and quality meet industry standards.
2. Evaluate equipment process characteristics, precision, and costs in the supply chain, select equipment, and optimize process parameters to meet heat transfer efficiency, reliability, and cost control requirements.
3. Monitor cold plate assembly and manufacturing, identify and resolve potential issues, implement quality improvements, reduce defect rates, and enhance production stability.
4. Develop and implement production documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including safety and environmental compliance, to drive continuous process improvement and scalability.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related fields; preference for candidates with liquid cooling system or cold plate manufacturing experience.
2. At least 3 years of experience in cold plate production or liquid cooling equipment manufacturing, familiar with process chains (e.g., CNC machining, welding, surface treatment) and equipment characteristics.
3. Proficient in process optimization tools and software, simulation tools, and knowledgeable in equipment precision, cost control, and quality management standards.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting, process validation, and risk assessment, with familiarity in cold plate thermal performance and reliability testing.
5. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations; preference for candidates with supplier quality management or thermal engineering experience.
