Japanese restaurant waiter

Job Responsibilities<br><div><ul><li>Responsible for daily front-of-house service in the restaurant, including greeting guests, seating them, taking their orders and processing payments</li><li>Accurately introduce menu items to customers, recommend signature dishes, and provide quality dining suggestions</li><li>Assist in the execution of outdoor promotion activities, such as street stalls, distribution of flyers and on-the-spot sales support</li><li>Complete basic administrative tasks such as sorting reports, recording inventory or handling simple administrative work</li><li>Keep the dining area clean and hygienic, ensuring that table and chair arrangements meet the standard</li></ul></div><br> <div>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Have good Cantonese communication skills, those who understand English or Mandarin can be given priority</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Japanese sake will be given priority</li></ul><ul><li>Applicants with service industry experience are especially welcome, as are hard-working and proactive newcomers</li><li>Able to adapt to physical labor and high-pressure work environment, requiring long periods of standing</li><li>Interested in Japanese culinary culture and willing to learn professional service skills</li><li>Can work shifts, including late nights, weekends and public holidays</li></ul></div>
