Business Analyst ($20-28K)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for sales and retail IT projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand sales workflows, reporting needs, and system enhancements.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

• Support CRM, POS, and other sales-related system implementations or enhancements.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful system rollouts.

• Develop dashboards and reports to support sales performance tracking.

• Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and SOPs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in retail or sales-focused environments.

• Exposure to IT projects and SDLC methodologies.

• Basic understanding of CRM systems, POS systems, or sales analytics tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
