Hong Kong market customer manager
Job Description:
1. Deeply explore the potential customers in the Hong Kong market, focus on foreign-funded financial institutions, hedge funds, banks, family offices, etc. target groups, plan and execute high-value business opportunity development, and complete the annual sales target;
3. Efficiently advance from demand solicitation, business negotiation, key contract terms negotiation, contract signing, tender management, efficient fund recovery to post-sales service the whole life cycle, a full set of customer service closed loop, and maintain long-term stable customer cooperative relations;
4. Serve as the core bridge of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area market, link overseas resources, and promote business globalization deployment;
5. Regularly collect customer feedback on product features and services, providing data support for product iterations;
6. Plan and implement local market activities in Hong Kong (such as industry summits, customer salons), and work with the Hong Kong government and industry associations to enhance brand influence;
7. Establish deep cooperation with Hong Kong local brokers (broker), content suppliers, pipeline companies, etc., and expand business reach scenes;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, marketing, computers, etc., is preferred;
2. More than 2 years of sales experience in Hong Kong financial institutions and fintech industry, sales experience in fintech or related fields, with Hong Kong local, foreign banks, funds, brokers, family offices, etc. Customer resources are preferred;
3. Excellent customer development, relationship maintenance and sales skills, with a successful case of expanding the Hong Kong market and independently achieving sales targets;
4. Excellent stress resistance and independent combat ability, able to adapt to a high-intensity goal-oriented work rhythm;
5. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, familiar with the useEnglish、CantoneseBusiness negotiations in Cantonese and Mandarin;
7. Have solid knowledge of financial markets, with strong professional skills, communication skills and team collaboration ability, and be able to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources.
