Responsibilities:

• Daily Building Operations & Site Supervision

• Security & Emergency Response

• CCTV Monitoring, Access Control Record Keeping & Reporting

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

• Hold a valid SPP

• Minimum 3 years' experience in building supervision, preferably in luxury residential properties

• Fluent in Cantonese; basic English communications skills preferred
