Position Customer Service Officer
Job Duties
-Providing quality services including but not limited to reservation services through telephone, emails and/or live chat
- Provide professional customer service through phone, email and/or live chat, including but not limited to appointment services
- Offering immediate assistances towards enquiries and complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner;
- Provide immediate assistance to inquiries and complaints in a rapid, polite and professional manner
- Maintaining good relationship among customers/members
- Maintain good relations with customers
- Ad-hoc activities may be required occasionally
- Occasionally assist other temporary activities
Working Location & Hours / Working time and location
- Fo Tan - Firewood
- Monday to Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm (5-day work)
- Monday to Saturday shift from 9 am to 6 pm (5 days work)
Requirement Job demand
- HKDSE/HKCEE or above
- HKDSE/HKCEE or above academic qualifications
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome. At least 1 years of relevant working experience in customer services a definite advantage
- Welcome fresh graduates to apply, those with one year or more of customer service experience are preferred
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Fluent Cantonese, good English, and Mandarin
