10 years' + relevant working in Building Construction or Gov. Terms Contract projects in Hong Kong
Professional Qualification is an advantage, eg. MHKIE, MCIOB, HKICM, etc.
Excellent Communication Skill, Team Player and Management Skills .
Must fluent in Cantonese and English
