Job Responsibilities
Manage and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal resources to deliver tailored solutions and resolve issues promptly Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client business goals and aligning them with company offerings Prepare and present regular performance reviews, strategic recommendations, and account growth plans to clients and internal stakeholders Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely execution of client initiatives Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management within a service-oriented industry Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis fundamentals Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; adaptability to diverse client cultures and time zones Benefits
