Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the night shift store operation preparation work, including food raw material pre-processing, soup base stewing, flour leavening and condiment preparation, ensuring the stable quality of spicy and sour powder.
Proficient in mixing various beverages (handmade lemon tea, etc.), maintaining beverage flavor consistency and immediate serving pace.
In the absence of a dedicated cashier, assist in operating the POS system to complete checkout, change, invoice issuance, and simple returns, and daily reconcile cash and sales reports.
Work requirements
Adapt to night shift work (e.g. until 10 p.m.), good physical condition, strong sense of responsibility, and able to cooperate with shift work and temporary human resources scheduling.
Have basic Chinese listening and speaking skills, be able to understand menu content, customer orders and supervisor instructions; those who can communicate in simple Cantonese are preferred.
Have basic mathematical concepts, be able to accurately calculate amounts, reconcile revenue, and properly store business receipts and invoices.
