Sales team experience
Job Responsibilities:
1. Build and lead an efficient sales team, develop sales strategies and targets, and ensure team members achieve their performance indicators.
2. Lead the company's dishwasher product market promotion and sales work, and complete the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets according to the company's planning.

4. Maintain existing customer relationships, build stable and long-term partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Collect market feedback information, analyze competitor dynamics, and provide data support for product optimization and market strategy adjustments.
Requirements:
1. Have rich sales team management experience, able to independently complete sales system construction and talent development plan.
2. Familiar with the on-site sales model of the catering industry or related fields, those with successful case studies are given priority.
3. Have excellent market insight and judgment, be able to accurately grasp customer needs and provide professional solutions.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, good service awareness, and strong sense of responsibility and execution.
5. Able to adapt to a certain amount of work pressure, with a results-oriented mindset, and willing to accept challenging goals.
Salary and working hours:
1. Basic salary plus performance bonus, with a total salary range of 30-45k Hong Kong dollars, with specific benefits determined by individual ability and interview performance.
2. Work from 9 am to 6 pm, weekends off, ensuring a reasonable balance between work and life for employees.

Business Development Manager
Job Description
1. Build and lead an efficient sales team, develop sales strategies and goals, and ensure that team members achieve performance targets.
2. Lead the marketing and sales of the company's dishwasher products, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets according to the company's plan.
3. Actively develop new customer resources, explore potential customer needs through regular visits and communication, and quickly promote the signing process.
4. Maintain existing customer relationships, establish stable and long-term partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Collect market feedback information, analyze competitor dynamics, and provide data support for product optimization and market strategy adjustment.
Job Requirement
1.You need to have extensive experience in sales team management and be able to independently complete sales system building and talent development plans.
2.We will prioritize candidates who are familiar with the catering industry or business development.
3.We hope you have excellent communication and coordination skills, good service awareness, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
4.We expect you can regulate a certain level of work pressure and be willing to accept challenging goals.
Salary and working hours
