Assistant Branch Manager / Operations Officers Regularly listed financial company

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team at the branch, responsible for counter services and handling and following up on customer loan applications

• Collaborate with branch managers to develop and implement business development strategies, driving personal loan business growth

• Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance, service quality, and operational efficiency

• Assist in training and guiding front-line colleagues to enhance team professional ability and service level

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining good customer relationships and branch reputation

• Regularly organize business data and operational reports to support management decision-making

Work requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma or above

• Have 3 to 5 years of retail banking experience, with at least 2 years of experience in personal loan processing and supervisory (managerial) work experience

• Familiar with Hong Kong banking industry supervision and loan approval process, with practical operation experience

• Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and team spirit, able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment and work visa qualifications

• Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:15, office work mode
