Job Description

Sales Specialist
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining B2B corporate customers, covering the Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia markets, building long-term cooperative relationships through telephone, email, video conferencing and on-site visits, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Full follow-up on customer order process, including price negotiation, contract signing, production scheduling coordination, delivery arrangement and international logistics tracking, to ensure on-time delivery rate and customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively collect overseas market demand, usage feedback and price sensitivity for new health care products (such as smart massage devices, personal hygiene electronic accessories, etc.), systematize the dynamics of competitive products and channel strategies, and regularly submit them to the product development and brand planning departments.

  • Support the company to participate in international industry trade shows (such as Cosmoprof Asia, HKTDC Healthcare Expo, etc.), responsible for preliminary customer reservation, on-site reception, sample demonstration and follow-up order processing, and short-term overseas business trips (about 2 to 4 times a year) if necessary.

  • Closely collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (including product, supply chain, customer service and brand operations) to quickly respond to customer technical inquiries, quality abnormalities and returns, etc. after-sales, and improve customer retention rate and repurchase rate.


Work requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, international trade, business management or health technology related majors are preferred; fresh graduates with no experience are accepted, but they must have strong sales potential and a willingness to learn.

  • Trilingual fluency: Cantonese as the mother tongue, English for writing business emails and conducting video negotiations, Mandarin for communicating with mainland customers; those who master Japanese or Korean daily conversational skills are given priority.

  • Positive and proactive personality, high empathy and service awareness, able to maintain clarity in parallel tasks; show stable emotional management and problem-solving oriented thinking when facing customer objections or performance pressure.

  • Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, and dependent visa; must comply with flexible work schedule arrangements and be able to balance office operations and client visits.
