Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily accounting and bookkeeping for customers, including income, expenses, accounts receivable and payable, registration and verification
Timely prepare monthly trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet to ensure financial statements accurately reflect operating conditions
Assist customers in completing profit tax return preparation and related tax document sorting
Manage accounting vouchers and original documents, establish and maintain a compliant and clear accounting file system
Regularly communicate with customers on account progress, answer basic financial questions, and provide simple financial analysis advice

Work requirements

Proficient in mainstream accounting software (such as EasyAccounting, MYOB, QuickBooks or Kingdee), with basic computer word processing and Excel function application skills
Careful and meticulous, with good numerical sensitivity and logical analysis ability, able to deliver accurate accounting results on time in a multitasking environment
Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to clearly write accounting explanations and external communication documents in Chinese
