<div>Job Responsibilities</div>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for daily store management, including opening and closing procedures, execution and supervision</li>
<li>Assist the restaurant manager in overall operational planning and on-site coordination</li>
<li>Supervise front-end service quality to ensure customers receive consistent and high-quality dining experiences</li>
<li>Manage inventory and material in and out, regular inventory and control losses</li>
<li>Coordinate the scheduling of various shifts, guide front-line employees to implement standard operating procedures</li>
</ul><br>
<div>Work requirements</div>
<ul>
<li>Have at least two years of restaurant front-of-house management experience, familiar with the flow of operations</li>
<li>Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate the team and handle unexpected situations</li>
<li>Responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to shift work and high-stress work environment</li>
<li>Basic computer skills, able to use POS systems and office software fluently</li>
<li>Passionate about the service industry, willing to continue learning and improving operational performance</li>
