Mysterious Investigator, Wan Chai District (indoor)

• On a specified date (April 27 to 30, choose one day) go to the designated indoor venue in Wan Chai District and carry out a visitation task.

• According to the pre-provided evaluation list, objectively observe and record service processes, environmental tidiness, employee attitudes, information sign clarity, and overall customer experience.

• Submit a structured report through a designated online platform within 24 hours after the visit, which must include a written description, item-by-item scoring, and specific examples to support your evaluation.
  

Work requirements

• Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong identity card

• No need for relevant industry experience, but must have basic observation skills, logical reasoning ability, and Chinese character expression ability, be able to accurately describe details and distinguish subjective feelings from objective facts.

• Have good time management awareness, be able to arrive at the designated location on time and fully cooperate with the visit schedule (usually 1 hour)
