Job Responsibilities

• Perform pre-inspection and rectification according to the law and the car factory's standards, ensure that the vehicle meets the transportation authority's inspection requirements and pass the inspection smoothly
• Independently complete diagnosis, disassembly, adjustment and testing operations, accurately judge the cause of the failure and propose specific maintenance plans
• Properly record each maintenance and repair detail, including labor hours, replacement parts, test data, and customer feedback, to maintain a complete technical file
• Assist in inventory management, verify the specifications and quantities of commonly used consumables and spare parts, and propose replenishment suggestions based on procurement needs

Work requirements

• Familiar with mainstream Japanese, European and domestic car models, their structural characteristics and common failure modes, and able to operate professional equipment such as four-wheel alignment, decoder, oscilloscope, etc. fluently
• With basic circuit knowledge and mechanical drawing ability, you can read the original factory repair manual and circuit diagram, and follow the instructions to execute the inspection and maintenance process
• Have good communication skills, be able to explain the car condition, maintenance items and follow-up instructions to customers in a clear and understandable way
