Business Operation and Development Officer (Commodity Trading)

Job Descriptions:

• Formulate and execute impactful sales strategies to capture market opportunities.

• Handle trade administration matters, such as negotiating trade details, drafting contracts, applying for internal approval, monitoring the implementation of trade, etc.

• Proactively identify market trends and develop new business leads to outperform sales targets.

• Perform in-depth risk exposure analysis to ensure portfolio stability.

• Provide data-driven insights and regular market intelligence to senior management.

• Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of proven experience in International Trading or Commodity Trading.

  • Note: Passionate Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience or a strong interest in commodities will also be considered.

• Degree holder in Business, Risk Management, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Familiar with international trade regulations and relevant laws, foreign trade import and export procedures and financial services activities (Securities and Futures Trading) are a significant plus.

• A Sharp business sense with strategic mind and superb analytical skills.

• Fast learner and self-motivated with strong business development skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
