It is dedicated to providing the highest standard of sports and rehabilitation physical therapy services. Services include sports injury treatment, pain management, surgical rehabilitation, and posture and body correction, etc.

Main responsibilities:

• Handle the daily operations of the clinic; responsible for reception, registration, appointment, and answering patient inquiries;

• Responsible for general cleaning, tool disinfection, and clinic/gym maintenance;

• Preference will be given to those familiar with handling medical cards, eHealth, and medical vouchers;

• Handle other temporary assignments assigned by the manager;

Working hours:

• Shift work

• Public holidays off

• 5 days work schedule

Requirements:

• Secondary School Entrance Examination/ Diploma Test or above

• Prefer candidates with clinic experience

• Excellent customer service, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills;

• Outgoing, polite, and friendly personality;

• Able to execute multiple tasks and work independently;

• Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility;

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin, and understand reading and writing in Chinese and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint);

• Applicants with fresh graduates and no relevant work experience are welcome
