Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist in handling European import trade-related business, including commodity information processing, supply chain coordination and cross-border document preparation, etc. basic support work.
Represent the cooperative brand and buyers and sellers for preliminary contact, participate in B2B and B2C dual-track transaction communication, help clarify needs, transmit information and follow up on intention progress.
Participate in multiple parallel tasks in the form of a project-based team, covering market research, customer handover, meeting minutes, presentation display and event execution, etc. Provide flexible support responsibilities.
Under the guidance of Team Head and senior members, learn the basic trade process and concepts, customer communication skills and team resource application.
Proactively report on work progress, have a clear sense of time and urgency for assigned tasks, provide a concise and detailed execution summary at stage milestones to ensure smooth team collaboration.
