Financial Planning Manager

<p>Job Responsibilities: <br><br>2. Lead the team to conduct customer needs analysis, design insurance solutions that meet the target group, and enhance product competitiveness. <br>3. Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure smooth operation of the sales channel and achieve sales targets. <br>4. Regularly follow up on market dynamics and competitive situation, adjust planning direction to adapt to market changes. <br>5. Provide professional training to the sales team to enhance their understanding and promotion ability of insurance products.<br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Have a financial, insurance or related field bachelor's degree or above, with relevant industry experience. <br>2. Familiar with the insurance product development process and market operation rules, especially for individual customer insurance business. <br>3. Have excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate team members to achieve common goals. <br>4. Have in-depth understanding of the Chinese mainland market, and be able to accurately grasp local consumer needs and behavioral characteristics. <br>5. Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to handle complex cross-departmental affairs.</p><p><br></p><p>Complimentary and subsidies:</p><p>Entry bonus up to 20,000 Hong Kong dollars, providing six months of subsidies, with a monthly maximum of 15,000 Hong Kong dollars</p>
