Main responsibilities
1. Fundraising and resource expansion
Plan and execute annual fundraising plans (event fundraising, regular donations, corporate partnerships)
Develop and maintain corporate CSR partners, foundations and sponsorship programs
Write funding application and proposal, track donation data and impact analysis
2. Event planning and management
Mainstream organization large-scale activities (such as seminars, community initiatives, social enterprise product promotion)
Coordinate the entire event process: theme design, promotion and publicity, on-site execution and evaluation of effectiveness
Explore innovative activity forms (such as online crowdfunding, cross-border cooperation flash activities)
3. Social media and brand management
Management organization social platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Develop digital content strategies to enhance institutional visibility and audience engagement
4. Cross-border cooperation support
Assist in expanding business, education and professional field cooperation partners
Participate in cooperative solution design, transform social needs into enterprise participation projects
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in marketing, communication, social work or related fields
• More than 2 years of relevant experience (those with fundraising, event planning or social media management experience are welcome)
• Have excellent writing and proposal skills in Chinese and English, and be familiar with digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Proactive and ambitious, able to independently manage projects while possessing a spirit of teamwork
• Passionate about social service and aligned with the organization's mission
