Building Supervisor (Early Shift)

Job Responsibilities<br><br>2) Supervise the daily security work, including patrols, visitor registration, vehicle management, etc., to ensure that it meets the company's standards and customer requirements;<br><br>4) Answer inquiries from residents, visitors or property management regarding security and management matters, provide professional, clear and polite responses, and enhance service quality;<br>5) Regularly inspect the management range, check the security officers’ on-duty situation, equipment operation and environmental safety, and report any problems to the supervisor immediately;<br>6) Responsible for writing shift reports and completing assigned administrative tasks to ensure accurate and complete work records.<br><br>Work requirements<br>1) Secondary school graduation or equivalent academic qualifications, those who need to hold a security personnel license and training course certificate;<br>2) Have three or more years of experience as a security supervisor or related management position, with property management industry experience being particularly desirable;<br>3) Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively handle customer complaints, questions and interpersonal conflicts, and demonstrate professional service attitude;<br>4) Familiar with basic crisis management and emergency response procedures, able to calmly judge and make immediate reactions under high pressure;<br>5) Fixed early shift work (7:30 am to 7:30 pm), with high sense of responsibility, discipline, and team spirit.
