Business Development Manager (Digital Media & Partnerships)

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead our online presence and audience outreach in Hong Kong. This role focuses on leveraging media partnerships, digital content, and online channels to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital media strategies, leveraging online media partnerships, social media, and content collaborations to reach target audiences effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key online media, influencers, and industry KOLs to secure strategic coverage and partnerships.
• Manage the company's presence and communications on digital platforms, acting as a key contact for online media inquiries.
• Plan and manage the digital media budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize reach and ROI across online channels.
• Monitor online sentiment and media coverage, providing insights and reports on campaign performance and brand perception; proactively safeguarding and fostering a positive brand image.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and impactful online brand narrative.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience of 1-3 years in digital media, public relations, or media relations within the Hong Kong market.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, media relations, or partnership roles, with a strong network of contacts within Hong Kong's online media landscape.
• Deep understanding of digital content trends, social media platforms, and the online habits of Hong Kong audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for digital audiences.
• Native fluency in Cantonese and full professional proficiency in English are essential.
