Foreman / Site Supervisor

Responsibility

· Communicate and coordinate with the client, other contractors and vendor’s site

personnel;

· To liaise with client for collection of relevant information/cost to ease the potential

tender and quotation for fitting out works;

· To supervise daily work progress, arrange worker schedule and site

arrangements, company safety working practices;

· To prepare the relevant site working progress report and daily work, site

working schedule;

· To support all aspects of fitting out site works such as material handling and site

co-ordination;

· Assist to solve on-site problems and report to the company

Requirements:

·Diploma or Higher Diploma in Civil / Building Service Engineering/ArchitecturalStudies

with 3 years relevant experience in project management, design and fitting out

co- ordination and construction supervision in building works.

· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

· Proficient in computer applications will be advantage, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel,

Auto CAD etc;

· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

· Higher priority with Holder of Safety Supervisor;

· More experience will be considered for the position of Site Supervisor;

· Immediate available is preferred.
